What to Expect at Your Initial Consultation

Your first visit is designed to be relaxed, informative, and stress-free. From the moment you walk through our doors, our goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and excited about your care.

Before Your Visit

If possible, we ask that you complete your patient forms online ahead of time. This helps streamline your visit and allows us to focus fully on you.

When You Arrive

You’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk team and checked in. From there, you’ll meet our clinical team, have photos taken, and be shown around the office so you feel right at home.

Meeting With the Doctor

You’ll then meet with the doctor to review your concerns, discuss treatment options, and talk through recommended timelines. We take the time to answer your questions and ensure you fully understand your choices.

Next Steps and Scheduling

After your consultation, you’ll meet with our treatment coordinator to review your personalized treatment plan, financing options, and schedule your next appointment, whether that’s starting braces, clear aligners, or preparing for treatment. If you’re ready to begin, we may also take any additional in-house imaging needed to move forward smoothly.
